This diamond star brooch set with 49 Old European cut diamonds in a claw setting. The approximate diamond weight is 12.50 carat. Silver topped gold mounting. The brooch features a hook so it could be worn as a pendant. Also it has a special wire on the back so an additional piece might be suspended from it. The diameter of the brooch is 1.65 in.
