Surrounded by a double halo of round cut diamonds weighing 0.18 carat total and sapphires weighing 1.12+ carats total. Accented by a diamond encrusted split-shank set in a half-way setting. Finished with milgrain edges for an antique look. Finely made with a platinum mounting. Size 6.5 US, resizable upon request.
